Prior to working with Murray at Bridging The Gap, we had an in-house IT person supporting our network but he was really not doing a great job. So we decided to outsource this function and right out of the gate saved over $50,000 a year which will roll over year after year. Plus, I got better service and our operations are far more efficient. He's also convinced me to invest into network monitoring for our systems. Now with this in place, they know about a problem before I do and 9 times out of 10 it is resolved before I pick up the phone.
